The Socialist MP, Damian Gjiknuri, has stated that no one complains about the administration of elections in Albania anymore, since every vote is counted after it has been cast, every box is opened as often as required, every vote is scanned and saved, every voting center is filmed, every voter is identified by technology .

Gjiknuri stated that the possibility has been created that in the 5 largest districts of the country, every vote can be voted and counted electronically.

But one thing is not changing, the culture of accepting defeat which holds political life hostage in the country and makes us return to this topic with so-called electoral reforms or quasi-reforms.
