The session on 'Sterilization' is postponed to September 12

The preliminary hearing of "Sterilization" is postponed to September 12 due to the lack of a lawyer.

Present at the session today was the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqja, who was arrested a few weeks ago for the investigations being carried out for SASPAC for the abuse of EU funds. 

In today's session, he stated that the acts brought to the trial contain untruths. 

The latter asked to make a statement about the procedural acts related to the other investigation, but the court stopped it, since no more action could be taken in this session due to the absence of a lawyer of the defendant.

This is the fourth time that the preliminary hearing on the "Sterilization" issue has been postponed./CNA
