The DP deputy, Albana Vokshi, during her speech in the Assembly, spoke about the patronageists and raised her voice saying that the employees of the administration are not free to join the party they want or vote for whom they want, as it is a system whole of patronazis who monitor them on social networks, who force them to like and share the party's posts, who threaten and blackmail them. 

Among other things, Vokshi said that even in the Municipality there was an application for patronage, and all the directors of 5D had this application, who dealt with all the employees 24 hours a day.

"You had patronageists from the public administration for 24 hours who were blackmailing, controlling and abusing the voter. Every hour of the day the patronage manager works for SP. Shares and likes are made every hour for political activities. Even during working hours they are told to share and like.

The civil servants who dare to come to the activities that I do in district 11 the next day are left, threatened, blackmailed. The administration employee is not free to choose the party to join. It is obliged by the ministry, the deputy prime minister and the prime minister. You didn't let them go free. You have set up a monstrous system. Go to the Municipality of Tirana, there is an application for patronage, all the directors of 5D had it before the election campaign. It took 24 hours with this application.

You are denying them the basic right to vote freely and fairly. If we don't have the right to vote, everything else is an illusion.

If the patronage system is not resolved, there will be no free and fair elections", said Vokshi./ CNA
