Taxes: Deposit the ownership data or the lease contract for the place of

"Non-declaring the address of the environment where you exercise your activity is considered an administrative offense by law".

The Tax Administration has notified all taxpayers that, by October 20, they must declare in the e-Filing the information on the status of ownership or not, of the place/places of exercising their economic activity, as well as submit the relevant documentation that proves it (property document, rental contract, etc.).

This information serves for the correct calculation of the Withholding Tax as well as the creation of the possibility for pre-filling the Declaration of personal income, for the individuals subject to the declaration.

Depositing or updating these data, from the personal account to e-filing, must be completed by each taxpayer, i.e. by each NIPT, both for the main and secondary addresses, following the 5 steps, as follows:

– Click My Profile in the list that appears

– In the section on the left, "Taxpayer Details", click on Address

– In the Main Address section that will appear, click on the logo of the lodge

-In the table that appears, you will fill in the data required for "Details of the object where the activity is carried out" and upload the proof of ownership or the lease contract

Taxes advise to be careful, as this information must be completed for each business unit, be it the main or secondary NIPT.

The deposit of the above data is based on the requirements of Law no. 9920, dated 19.05.2008 "On Tax Procedures in RSH" amended, article 23, point 1, as well as Law no. 87/2019 "On the Invoice and Circulation Monitoring System", amended./ Monitor.al
