"Power outages in some areas"/ OST, notice for consumers in Elbasan,

The Transmission System Operator has issued an important announcement for customers in Elbasan, Gramsh and Librazhd. 

According to the OST announcement, as part of the safety measure of the 400kV Fier - Elbasan - Qafë Thanë Line, on March 2-4, 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00, the 35kV Line L30–66 Mjekës - Kombinati i Drurit will be disconnected and grounded.

As a result, several areas of the Elbasan district will be without electricity for 5 minutes, the time necessary to carry out the maneuvers.

Meanwhile, on March 2, 2026, from 06:00 to 06:05, and on March 5, 2026, from 06:00 to 06:05, the 35kV Line L30–78 Mjekës – Banjë will be disconnected, to carry out the necessary maneuvers in the network.

Also, on March 2-4, 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00, the 10kV Line of Feeder F7 of the Kombinati i Drurit Substation will be disconnected and grounded. As a result, several areas in the Librazhd district will remain without electricity during this time.

As part of the safety measure of the 400kV Fier – Elbasan – Qafë Thanë Line, we inform you that on March 2-4, 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00, the 35kV Line L30–66 Mjekës – Kombinati i Drurit will be disconnected and grounded. As a result, several areas of the Elbasan district will be without electricity for 5 minutes, the time necessary to carry out the maneuvers:

Ital Druri, Skanderbeg Neighborhood, Brick Factory, Hajdaran Pumps, Shushicë, Fushë Bull, Tahiraj, Shirgjan, Medical Department, Medical Villages, Fire Department.

We announce that, on March 2, 2026, from 06:00 to 06:05, and on March 5, 2026, from 06:00 to 06:05, the 35kV Line L30–78 Mjekës – Banjë will be disconnected, to carry out the necessary maneuvers in the network.

As a result, the Gramsh, Cërrunjë substations, the Banjë Floating Photovoltaic Plant – Statkraft, the HPPs: Sotiraj, Lenie, Mivas, Tërvol, Kabash, Kërrpicë, Storë, Pisha, the AL Mex Wood entity, as well as several areas in the Gramsh district, will be without electricity for 5 minutes:

Çekin, Çekin Plant, Xhile Liçi Neighborhood, 18 Gushti Neighborhood, Holta Neighborhood, Llapushaj Neighborhood, Dormitory, Officers' Neighborhood, Trashovicë, Tunjë, Kushovo, Pishaj, Skënderbegas, Kodovjat, Shëmriz Water Supply, Sporti Neighborhood 1, 2, Pishaj, Koçaj Neighborhood, Park Neighborhood, Kukur, Lenie, Lenie, Skenderbegas, Cërujë, Qerret, Sult, Tunjë, Kukuçovë, Katërlis, Kutërqar, Dushan, Zgjup, Poroçan Strorë, Kotorr, Ranch, Katund, Lleshaj, Cingar, Kabash, Liras, Cacias, Tervol, Drizë, Gjergjovinë, Galigat, Bizhdan, Galigat Water Supply, Gostimë, Shtëpanjë, Lenge Neighborhood, Lamcallarët, Klos, Floq, Banja e Vjetër, Shushicë, Tregan, Blerimas, Kacivel, Bizhdan, Gjinar, Sterstan, Kaferr, Shënavlash, Valesh.
