Former Socialist Deputy Prime Minister passes away

Former Deputy Prime Minister and former Socialist MP Zyhdi Pepa has passed away.

The news of the death of socialist Pepa was announced by the Secretary General of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, through a post on social networks.

Pepa has been a member of the Albanian Parliament for two legislatures and has held the position of Minister of Agriculture.

" On behalf of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, I expressed my condolences today to the family of our friend and professor Zyhdi Pepa, who passed away. Zyhdi Pepa represented the Socialist Party as a member of parliament in two legislatures, and was also Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture. Rest in peace, Professor ," Balla wrote.
