"The evil eye has finally broken"/ Rama reacts to the water shortage

Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a post on the X platform, reacted to the water shortage in the city of Vlora.

Rama writes that new hydraulic parts will arrive within today to make the repair possible.

The Prime Minister writes that in 2009-2010, substandard parts were installed.

Rama further apologizes to the people of Vlorë for this situation, calling it the evil eye.

I apologize to my fellow Vlora residents for all this undeserved upheaval, and as our grandmothers used to say, the evil eye has finally broken after all these good years for Vlora, and whoever wishes evil for Vlora will only receive evil.
