Tjetër rast evazioni fiskal/ Zbulohen 4041 tonë nënprodukte mishi të padeklaruara, vlerë mbi 6 milionë euro

Administrata Tatimore identifikoi një subjekt të tatimpaguesve të mëdhenj, që ushtron aktivitetin e tregtimit me shumicë të produkteve shtazore, në kundërshtim me legjislacionin tatimor në fuqi, duke kryer evazion fiskal.

Siç bëhet me dije, nga verifikimet e kryera nga Drejtoria e Tatimpaguesve të Mëdhenj në Administratën Tatimore, është identifikuar mospërputhje midis inventarit fizik dhe atij të deklaruar në sasinë 4041 tonë nënprodukte të mishit.

Nga Drejtoria e Tatimpaguesve të Mëdhenj, u konkludua se subjekti ka fshehur të ardhurat në vlerën 9.3 milion euro.

Rasti u referua më tej Hetimit Tatimor, i cili e përcolli për ndjekje dhe trajtim pranë Prokurorisë së Tiranës, për veprën penale të evazionit fiskal, me një dëm të vlerësuar të të ardhurave tatimore në vlerën e rreth 6.4 milionë eurove./CNA
