Salijanj supporters and Niko Peles officials attempt to disrupt the DP elections

In the city of Korça, elections for the branch president have begun today, a race that seems to be not strong but very problematic after the exclusion from the process of Bravald Xhafka, one of Ervin Salianj's supporters.

The latter was also accused by former Prime Minister Berisha of links to criminal groups, sold into Fier prison and now used by the owner of the television station, "Fania", to get closer to Rama.

A phenomenon has occurred in Korça: the lists are missing names of socialists or individuals engaged in the recent elections campaigning for opponents of the Democratic Party and other parties.

This is according to the DP statute, which has also filtered the list, but apparently Salianji wants to go to the end of his war with windmills simply and solely to produce news and be in the spotlight.

The people protesting are individuals who work in the administration and are known as supporters of the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, in the last elections and engaged in the close staff of the Mayor of Korça, Sotiraq Filo.

Some of them are paid people and stimulated by the majority to create intentional incidents, where local government and SP officials pay, while Ervin Salianji deploys his servants to disrupt the elections in the DP branch in Korça.

These supporters of Salianj also once supported Lulzim Basha. Then, when they saw that Basha had left, they stood behind Salianj and even took a seat as an MP, with an illiterate person, some of them people with criminal records and connections to criminal drug, usury and gambling groups. 

Now these underworld figures are seeking to take the Korça PD hostage, in the interests of a person accused of links to criminal groups, and used to regulate Irfan Hysenbelliu's relations with Edi Rama. /CNA
