"This is where the taxes of the farmers are burned"/ Korreshi

DP MP Saimir Korreshi has published on his social networks another denunciation from the field, where he has revealed an alarming environmental situation in Savër, Lushnja.

Korreshi states that an entire area has been transformed into a gigantic and illegal waste dump, which is burned uncontrollably, creating an ecological bomb.

In the published footage, Korreshi calls it "a dump", an area overflowing with waste of all kinds, from machinery tires, inert waste, plastic, to plumbing equipment and furniture discarded without any criteria.

The MP ironizes the fact that citizens pay taxes for cleaning, greenery, and even incineration, but in reality they are faced with an open "incinerator" that pollutes the air and soil.

According to him, this disaster occurs in the heart of Myzeqe, near the "Black River" that irrigates the agricultural lands of the area and very close to the main highway.

The situation becomes even more dramatic when the camera focuses on the fires, where vegetable crates, bottles, and other organic and inorganic waste can be seen among the flames, releasing toxic substances into the air that are dangerous to the health of residents. /CNA
