A serious road accident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the Lezhë-Milot road. According to police information, a truck collided with a vehicle belonging to a citizen from Kosovo, KB

As a result, the driver of the vehicle died, while his sister and son were transported to the Trauma Hospital, where they are receiving the necessary medical assistance and are out of danger.

It is reported that the truck driver has been escorted to the Lezha Police Station, while the investigation group is working to clarify the causes and circumstances of the accident.

At around 04:30, on the Lezhë-Milot road, a truck-type vehicle, driven by citizen AM, collided with a vehicle driven by Kosovo citizen KB.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the vehicle, citizen KB, died at the scene, while his sister, citizen FB, and his son, citizen FB, were transported to the Trauma Hospital, where they are receiving the necessary medical assistance and are out of danger to their lives.

The truck driver, citizen AM, has been escorted to the Lezha Police Station, where procedural actions are being carried out.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident. / CNA
