Manastirliu, with women entrepreneurs: Urban Renaissance 2.0 Program will

The Socialist Party candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Ogerta Manastirliu, continued her tour of community meetings for Tirana 2030, with a conversation with women and girls entrepreneurs of Unit 3.

After hearing the concerns raised regarding the development of the liberated spaces, Manastirliu spoke about the Urban Renaissance 2.0 program, which aims to reorganize and harmonize shared spaces, serving the community, but also increasing business value.

"Today, we have more than 1,000 spaces that have been freed up on the main streets, but also in the neighborhoods, which are 1,000 opportunities to realize the common goal of communities, whether that of residents or businesses. How is this accomplished? Even in very small spaces, architects are working and making projects that are valuable to the residents of the area," said Manastirliu, adding that "ground 0" is a space that serves everyone, where people meet and communicate with each other.

She emphasized the importance of harmonizing the needs of the community with those of business and their coexistence in these shared spaces.

"We need to revitalize these areas to give back to the community, but also to give value to business. On the other hand, we are finalizing a regulation, which will establish for the first time the standards for providing business services, especially for bars and cafes, but also for other services. This regulation will establish standards for the use of common spaces, the fact that as an enterprise it will contribute to increasing the greenery of the area", said Manastirliu.

At this meeting, the SP candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Ogerta Manastirliu, was accompanied by the Minister of Economy and Innovation, MP Delina Ibrahimi, but also by delegates Klotilda Bushka and Ermonela Felaj./ CNA
