The Chairman of the Democratic Union for Integration in North Macedonia, Ali Ahmeti, in a television interview, confirmed support for the protest that will be held tomorrow in Tirana, at 5:00 PM.

The protest will be held in support of former KLA leaders who have been in detention in the special chambers of The Hague for 5 years.

Asked whether such a protest will also take place in Skopje, Ahmeti stated that they are discussing it with veterans' associations in Kosovo and that organizing it is a matter of time.

"Talks are being held with veterans of the National Liberation Army, who are probably in contact with war veterans' associations in Kosovo. It's a matter of time before it will be organized."

Ahmeti declares that in the Republic of Macedonia they have also suspended the electoral campaign for the following day.

" We have also postponed the campaign due to the protest. We are all KLA, and it is not a protest that unites us with any group, but a protest that unites us with the Kosovo Liberation Army, to raise our voices against this great injustice being done to our Army. And all activities for tomorrow are frozen, with the aim that this protest has a national dimension, with messages and messages for the tribunal that the KLA is not a criminal enterprise, but a liberation organization," Ahmeti declared.

Ajmeti said that the Hague Tribunal changed the indictment and fabricated false cases because prosecutors diverted the case based on the testimonies of people with bad intentions instigated by Serbia.

"The trial changed the charges to non-existent cases fabricated by biased and slanderous witnesses, and this irritated us immensely, because the prosecutors diverted the case from the Yellow House to cases fabricated by people with bad intentions but also motivated by the Serbian secret services ," he added./ CNA
