Erjon Alibej continues his confessions at the Criminal Court: I participated in

Associate Justice, Erjon Alibej, is testifying today at the Special Court as part of the "Golden Bullet" trial. Alibej has stated before the black squads that he has participated in some of the most sensational murders in the country.

He also stated that he financed the murder of Dorjan Shkoza. Alibej said that he sought the latter's murder to find Talo Çela. He also stated that he has been a user of EncroChat since the application was launched.  

"I am a financier in the murder of Dorjan Shkoza. I am a participant in the murder of Besian and Viktor Haxhi. I am a participant in the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj. And in the murder of Bujar Çela. I was previously convicted of drug trafficking, in 2010-2011. I was arrested for this matter and released from prison in 2013. We were a group convicted for this matter, among them my late brother.

I demanded the murder of Dorjan Shkoza because I wanted Talo Çela at all costs. From the communication I had with Nuredin, I did not know some people who were participants in the murder of my family members. I learned from Nuredin Dumani that Dorjan Shkoza participated in the execution of my family members. Nuredin Dumani seemed trustworthy to me because the information corresponded to mine. Nuredin Dumani did not show me any documents about Dorjan Shkoza, but his statements convinced me. The circumstances were connected, because Nuredin told me there were two cars. My family members were shot at with two vehicles.

"I heard about the murder of Anxhelo Avdija on TV, don't get me wrong. I had never heard of Anxhelo Avdija before. Nuredini told me that he was part of the opposing group, Talo Çela. I have been using EncroChat since it was launched. I started using it around 2016-2017," said Alibej. /CNA
