Meta's hearing postponed/Date revealed

The lawyer for the leader of the Freedom Party, Kujtim Cakrani, has announced that the hearing against Meta has been postponed and will be held on October 23 at 2:00 PM. 

"The name of the judge and the president was not listed, it was not known who the judge was. I asked for the hearing to be postponed so I could communicate to the president who would judge this."

The judge is Saida Dollani. The announcement did not mention her name, but that of the chief secretary of the court. This is an absurdity that only happens in Albanian justice.

The date was set for the 23rd, at 2:00 PM, which coincides with the date of the preliminary hearing on the same day at 12:00 PM. If you receive a notice to appear in court, the name of the judge and the secretary will be cited. If I find any incompatibility between this judge and the client, I will request his resignation.

"We have nothing to do with Mrs. Dollani, but I could not hold the hearing out of respect for my client. We do not expect anything from the Albanian courts, they are busy. We will take him to Strasbourg, this is the reason why Ilir Meta is not appearing in court," said Cakrani.
