DP MP, Ina Zhupa, submitted to the Constitutional Court the lawsuit regarding the concession of Butrint.

In a statement to the media, Zhupa stated that this concession is unconstitutional.

" I will start with a good news related to the result that this process can have, it is the fact that for the first time in the Constitutional Court, 3 constitutional institutions and three citizens said in their submissions for the annulment and declaration of unconstitutionality for the concession of Butrint .

The President of the Republic, the deputy, the High Control of the State, are united in saying that the concession of Butrint is unconstitutional.

In this aspect, the Constitutional Court is also relieved from the decision-making burden. It has nothing to do with the political part. I filed a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court for the concession of Butrint", said Zhupa./ CNA.al
