Today, a hearing was held at the Special Court of Appeal to review Mayor Erion Veliaj's request for a change in security measures.

The hearing was postponed for several hours after the mayor, who faces 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, requested to be familiar with some of the prosecutors' acts that were submitted to the Appeals Court of the Kosovo Criminal Court.

But what are these acts that Veliaj is seeking to recognize? In fact, they are the lobbying addressed by Erion Veliaj, the reports published by the US Department of Justice, which provide a report on lobbying, payments, attacks and accusations against prosecutors and judges.

Lobbyists Erion Veliaj and his brother Arbër Veliaj paid 220 thousand dollars, the reports and documents of which CNA published in full.
