Engineer Xhevair Ngjeqari commented on the massive landslides that have occurred in several areas of the country, also affecting certain axes.

In a television appearance, Ngjeqari emphasized that the main problem is the fact that projects that are tendered are done formally and in the absence of a geological study.

According to the engineer, these are phenomena that occur, but that require attention from the state.

"These phenomena, massive landslides, have happened and will happen, but the place that became a problem today is Gurët e Murrizit, 1.65 km above the road that leaves Dragostunja that meets the central corridor, a structure that faces northeast and has historically had problems with landslides of this nature."

If our projects were controlled, which they are not, they would go through at least 3 technical phases as they did before, we would not have this road crack and that bridge would not have happened. But today the projects that are tendered are done formally, but these are part of the lack of a geological study. So the concept that the prime minister spoke about being natural disasters has nothing to do with this., part of them are the lack of control of the projects.
