Problems on the Librazhd-Prrenjas axis/ Director of the Regional Road Administration: Rainfall affected, this is also happening in the region

The Director of the Albanian Road Authority, Ami Kozeli, spoke today about the problems on several axes in the country, which have been mainly identified in recent days, especially the Librazhd-Prrenjas axis. 

Invited to the show "Opinion", Kozeli evaded responsibility, expressing himself like never before.

"This year, as never before, the rainfall affected us. We are not alone. Countries in the region have also had problems. It only lasted half an hour. There may be a need for geological studies, but they are done with samples. All projects are based on studies. They do not necessarily reflect 100% reality, but more of a probability. These problems are only happening to us this season," said Kozeli. /CNA
