The High Inspector of Justice will begin reviewing the complaint against Judge Irena Gjoka.
In a response to the media, ILD announced that the review will begin following a complaint from a member of the Supreme Court.
The review aims to initiate investigations into disciplinary violations.
" In response to your email, we inform you that on 03.02.2026, a complaint from a member of the High Judicial Council was forwarded to the Office of the High Inspector of Justice, with the aim of initiating an investigation for disciplinary violations against magistrate Irena Gjoka, serving as a judge at the First Instance Court for Corruption and Organized Crime," ILD responded.
