The chairman of the Party for Justice, Integration and Unity, Shpëtim Idrizi, said in a statement that the protest announced tomorrow in Himarë is an interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign country, a member of NATO and with the status of a member of the EU.

According to him, this protest that is expected to be held is pressure on the Albanian justice system, it violates the rule of law.

Idriz says that Greece has been threatening Albania with the endless barrage of its officials, with the dispatches of deputy ministers, MPs, etc., with the blocking of EU integration.

The PDIU asked the Foreign Ministry to ask for explanations and to diplomatically stop the arrival of the Mayor of Athens, Bakoyanis, deputies or Greek officials, not to interfere in a problem related to the elections in Albania.

The protest announced tomorrow in Himarë is an intervention in the internal affairs of a sovereign country, a member of NATO and with the status of a member of the EU.

Tomorrow's protest in Himarë is pressure on Albanian justice, it violates the rule of law.

As such it is unacceptable, it harms the relations between the two countries.

It has been a while since Greece, with its endless array of officials, with the dispatches of deputy ministers, deputies, etc., threatens Albania with the blocking of EU integration, and even the Greek foreign minister went so far as to use a non-European language and so on. less diplomatic, he used the language of Greek supporters when he said that:

Greece is using strong hands and arrogance with Albania, etc. that they know that the Bayleri case is a matter of justice.

But the goal is the return of ethnic tensions in Himare, forgotten for 10 years.
Himara is not a minority area like Finiqi and Dropulli and the 36 villages that Albania has known since the time of King Zog, when it became part of the League of Nations.
Himara has no land continuity with Greece, like the province of Chameria with Albania.

This is the reason why a dummy character like Bejleri, with the highest education as a plumber in Crete, ran and not some intellectual that the Greek minority does not lack.

PDIU i kërkon Ministrisë së Jashtme të reagojë për presionet dhe ndërhyrjen mbi sistemin e drejtësisë Shqiptare.

PDIU i kujton Presidentit të Republikës, Kryeministrit, Ministrit të Jashtëm, Parlamentit dhe forcave politike shqiptare që mardheniet e mira me Greqinë duhet të bazohen mbi parimin e reciprocitetit, dialogut dhe dinjitetit dhe çështje të tilla si:

Abrogimi i Ligjit të Luftës nga Greqia;
Zgjidhja e drejtë e çështjes së shqiptarëve të Çamërisë;
Zgjidhja e problemit të pensioneve të emigrantëve shqiptarë në Greqi, që kanë 30 vjet që kontribojnë në sistemin e pensioneve në Greqi dhe që rezikojnë të mbeten pa pensione;
Marrëveshja për regjimin e kufijve tokësor dhe piramidave;
