There was a big noise, a smoke about an investment that will take place in the center of Tirana, which had received permission more than a year ago.

A smokestack was raised, pointing the finger at the leaders, at the investors who were three, one of them was not mentioned by name at all, and the justification, the argument was that this tower was made to give money to Sali Berisha, to capture, for corrupt opposition that was not speaking and others like these.

In fact, the tower had received the permission, simply and only the enclosure was being made, but that is another debate. Let's look at the details.

At first, everyone pointed the finger and pointed out that it was a scheme to divert attention from the incinerators and the hand went directly to the mayor Erion Veliaj.

But why to Veliaj?

It goes to Veliaj because the main media that were making the noise were Top Channel, Carlo Bollino, Gazeta Tema, which are the official media, the official voice of the Renaissance, of the mayor, but also bought media, some of them paid with hundreds of thousands of euros, someone and millions in partnership with the incinerator affair.

Another character was in play, but he reacted and revealed himself as soon as the noise cracked. A noise started by social networks, by controlled groups, by people close to Lulzim Basha or journalists who sometimes pretend to be in the center and independent, but who are on the payroll of the municipality and incinerators.

It started on social networks, two groups emerged, surprisingly opposite, one pro-capitalist and one anti-capitalist. Social networks do their thing and at one point Lulzim Basha appeared, shouting for SPAK.

This was clearly said yesterday in his writing by Prime Minister Rama, who addressed him mockingly, as Luli had woken up a year late to take a case to SPAK.

The problem is not whether or not Luli takes the case to SPAK. The intrigue raised by people on the side of Lulzim Basha and turned into a wave against the opposition by identifying him personally with Berisha and his son was a dirty scheme, which would end because even the greatest anti-Berisha piety knows very good that the fact that you live on rent in a builder's house does not mean that you are the owner and shareholder of the constructions he makes, because hundreds and thousands of people live in builders' rented houses.

But this is not related. Shkëlzen Berisha gave his explanations and publicly demanded that the permit be canceled, disproving the alibi that Berisha himself was behind this permit.

The man who most likely gave him the blow and raised the issue of that tower as a cause is called Lulzim Basha and the people close to him who are also some journalists paid by the incinerators, who are directly related to Lulzim Basha, with advisors close to Lulzim Basha, who have negotiated the latter's meeting with Taulant Balla.

It is this group that often hides in social networks with other names that develop intrigues, that have been able to secure large corruption payments from the government, that play double games both on the side of the opposition and on the side of the government, but and cases that are paid by both sides and are also controlled by persons standing on their heads.

Therefore, the issue of the tower in the center of Tirana was not simply a whistle blown by Erion Veliaj to cover the issue of incinerators.

It is even deeper because journalists have sunk there, people who are paid by Lulzim Basha's people and by the latter who asked to leave the tower to Berisha to promote himself in the opposition cause.

Already in the official line, in the media line, in the political line we will have several parties.

In addition to Berisha of an opposition or government that strikes and the mayor who is a third line, we will also have Lulzim Basha, who is the fourth line of the political and public game and started with the tower in the center where he failed successfully after being caught checkmate together with the journalists and his people who sought to raise a storm in a glass but which in fact failed successfully but gave the result around three or four days after the devotion of many anti-berishist media who live, enjoy, sleep and eat with the doctor made the case even more credible and the news spread.
