The 108th edition of the world's largest cycling race kicked off in Albania this year. The first day of the race covered a number of areas in Tirana and its surroundings. The first stage, covering 160 km, took cyclists from Durres to the capital, in an event that has also attracted a lot of interest from foreigners who visit the country to follow their favorite sport closely.
The race will end in Rome on Sunday, June 1, after 21 stages and 3,443.3 km.
