Two Albanians have been handcuffed by the Italian police after being accused of possession of narcotics.

A real 'drug supermarket' was discovered overnight on the outskirts of Treviso. The logistical base of drug trafficking was in a villa in Silea, on the outskirts of Treviso, where the military found a warehouse for storing hashish, marijuana, heroin and ecstasy. 

From there, the drug dealers who operated en masse throughout the Treviso area were supplied. 

58 kilograms of drugs and over 400 thousand euros in cash were seized.

In handcuffs are the owner of the house Silea and two Albanian citizens aged 32 and 43. The three associates are accused of possessing narcotics with the intent of trafficking. Inside the house were 410,000 euros in cash and account books with the names of customers. The business had been going on for a long time. The criminals were well organized and it is thought that drug trafficking went beyond the province of Treviso.

"This operation is also a confirmation that in Veneto there is no place for those who work to the detriment of our people", comments governor Luca Zaia. 

In detail, this is the inventory made by the police after the raid:

49 kilograms of hashish, 8 kilograms of marijuana, 35 grams of heroin, 50 grams of ecstasy (96 doses in total). 

There were also 770 electronic cigarettes of various brands with a high percentage of THC (the active ingredient of cannabis). And 410,000 euros in banknotes of different denominations, money that is thought to be income from the illegal activity of drug trading./ CNA
