Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha has spoken about the legalization of medical cannabis.
He explained that Albania has almost all the legislation to allow the cultivation of medicinal cannabis, stressing that it is not the same as recreational cannabis.
According to Hoxha, medical cannabis will be cultivated by large companies and that it is being done as a business to make money.
"Albania has made almost all the legislation to allow the cultivation of medical cannabis. Medical cannabis is not the same as recreational cannabis.
Legalization does not solve the cannabis problem, it has nothing to do with it. Medical cannabis lacks the percentage of THC.
Medical cannabis is an industrial product that will be cultivated by large companies.
Whoever cultivates cannabis in the mountains of Kruja will not have a license to cultivate medical cannabis, forget it.
