A 29-year-old man in Fier has been arrested by the police after being accused of possessing tens of thousands of seeds of the cannabis sativa plant, with the aim of cultivating and selling them, as well as cultivating some narcotic plants in pots.

The arrest of the 29-year-old with the initials F. Sh. was made thanks to the coded police operation "Stadi".

In his apartment, in the "Kryengritja" district, 12,100 suspected seeds of the narcotic cannabis sativa plant, ammunition and a metal glove were found.

Also, from the checks, it was established that this citizen had grown 17 suspected narcotic cannabis sativa plants in pots.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
