Draft of the new Criminal Code/ Bogdani: Requires expertise spanning time and human resources

The Chairperson of the KLP, Mirela Bogdani, spoke about the draft of the New Criminal Code in the Laws Committee, saying that it is a process initiated by the Ministry of Justice.

Bogdani stated that a colossal amount of work is needed, requiring expertise spanning time and human resources.

"This was a process initiated by the Ministry of Justice. We have not intervened at any point. We will present ourselves when the roundtables are held. We were unable to find a common unison for the approach for or against.

This is a colossal task. What can be done is that in the discussion tables, experts in the field can also be addressed, as it requires expertise that is extended in time and human resources.
