Application for social pension/ The process also starts in e-Albania, here are

All seniors over 70 years of age, who have been permanently resident in Albania for at least the last 5 years, can apply through the e-Albania portal to benefit from the social pension program.

The application for a social pension is made by the interested person themselves, through the e-Albania portal, by choosing the type of service: Application for old-age pension, pilot supplement, submarine navigation supplement or academic supplement.

Necessary documentation to be submitted by the person interested in receiving social pension:

-Photocopy of ID card

-Document proving that he/she has been a resident in Albania for at least 5 years from the time of submitting the application.

-Certificate of ownership and/or deed of taking ownership/use of land, issued by the Real Estate Registration Office

-Declaration as to whether or not he is a shareholder or co-owner in economic activities or real estate, provided for the purpose of generating income.

-Certificate of the amount of income you generate from bank deposits (if you declare that you generate income from bank deposits)

Social pension payment is made only at the payment centers of the Albanian Post./ CNA
