The Chair of the KLP, Mirela Bogdani, today, among other things, during her report before the Laws Committee, focused on the possible pressure for the elections of the new head of SPAK.

In her speech, Bogdani emphasized that the only form that can be considered so far is a form of lobbying that is related to the professional approach.  

Bogdani added that the new head of the Special Prosecution Office must be an individual distinguished for his managerial skills.  

"As for pressure, it is more lobbying in the sense of a kind of professional approach of a prosecutor and the way he exercises his duty. Someone is more oppressive, someone is more humane. They are all SPAK prosecutors, any of them could be under investigation. I would include a person with managerial skills, because this is also needed in addition to investigations," Bogdani said. /CNA
