The dusty files/ "Move" the Supreme Court

The Administrative College of the Supreme Court announces that for the year 2021 and the first six months of 2022, the test of the admissibility of recourse between the private individual/legal entity on the one hand, and public bodies on the other hand, has been successfully passed, presented in favor of the first ones. 

For 2021, 421 appeals submitted by private individuals/legal entities (55.3%) successfully passed the eligibility test, against 340 appeals submitted by public bodies (44.6%).

Edhe për gjashtëmujorin e parë të vitit 2022 testi i pranueshmërisë së rekursit rezulton i suksesshëm për individët/personat juridik privatë. Nga 892 vendime të dhëna për zgjidhjen e çështjeve në themel kanë marrë zgjidhje përfundimtare 751 çështje, ndërsa 141 çështje janë kthyer për rigjykim.

Në totalin e këtyre çështjeve, 51,46% i zenë rekurset e paraqitura nga individët/personat juridik privatë, 32,7% janë rekurset e paraqitura nga organet publike, ndërsa për çështjet e prishura dhe të kthyera për rigjykim 5,71% janë rekurset e paraqitura nga individët/personi juridik privatë dhe 10,1% janë rekurset e paraqitura nga organet publike.

Referring to the 751 cases that were finally resolved by the Administrative College, it turns out that 459 appeals submitted by private individuals/legal entities (61.1%) successfully passed the admissibility test, against 292 appeals submitted by public bodies (38 .9%) ./CNA.al
