The first stage of the cyclists' race is held today/ Korca Police appeals

Today and tomorrow, the Albanian Cycling Federation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Albanian Olympic Committee and the municipality of Korçë, will hold the cycling activity "Cup of Albania Korçë 2022" in the district of Korçë.

For the success of this activity, the Police structures will take measures, with the aim of increasing road safety parameters, ensuring free circulation and without risks for the contestants, as well as preventing road incidents.

For this purpose, we inform you that: 

The first stage starts on Thursday, 16:00/Itinerary: Piskupat village, Pogradec-Unazë e Madhe, Pogradec-Bilisht-Korçë; 

The second stage starts on Friday, 10:00 a.m./Itinerary: the city of Korça-Maliq-Drithas-Plasë-Korçë.

The Police of Korça ask for the understanding of road users, for the prohibition of the circulation of vehicles, on the above-mentioned road axes, from the moment of the start of this activity (according to the predetermined schedule) until its end./ BA - CNA.al
