Seanca gjyqësore për ish-kryebashkiakun e Lushnjes, Fatos Tushe, është shtyrë për në datën 27 korrik.

Mësohet se gjyqi do të mbahet në orën 10:30.

Sot pritej që GJKKO të shpallte vendimin, pasi përfundoi gjyqi për Fatos Tushen dhe 21 personat e tjerë, ish-zyrtarë të Bashkisë.

Ndërkohë, kujtojmë se Fatos Tushe u arrestua më 6 korrik të 2021-shit së bashku me 21 zyrtarë të tjerë të Bashkisë në atë kohë, të cilët akuzohen se abuzuan me tenderin 24 milionë lekë për kanalin vaditës në fshatrat Bishqethëm dhe Bitaj, duke favorizuar që të fitonte firmën EuroAlb shpk që kishte sjellë ofertën më të lartë.
