Barbaric violence against the 3-year-old in the kindergarten without a license/ The owner of the institution is being prosecuted

The owner of the private kindergarten where a teacher brutally raped a 3-year-old girl has been criminally prosecuted.

The criminal proceedings have started against the citizen Daniel Danushi, 45 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Exercise of financial activities without a license", "Concealment of income", and "Non-payment of taxes and duties".

This citizen has practiced without the relevant license, the activity in a kindergarten, on "Ali Demi" street, Tirana, and has hidden the income gained from this activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
