The Special Prosecution Office has announced that Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has signed the subpoena for the "January 21" case.
In a press release, the Special Prosecution's press office confirmed what the chief democrat stated earlier today.
SPAK, in a statement to the media, says that through this summons, Berisha is required to appear on a specified date and time, which have not yet been announced.
" Today, on 17.11.2025, during the implementation of the "compulsory appearance" measure at the Special Prosecution Office, Mr. Sali Berisha was recognized and signed the summons regarding criminal proceedings no. 138 of 2024 (case of January 21), through which he is required to appear at the Special Prosecution Office, on the specified date and time ," SPAK announces./CNA
