Balla after meeting with the President of the Bundestag: Germany supports

During their visit to Berlin, the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, and the Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, held a meeting today with the President of the German Bundestag, Julia Klöckner.

Through a post on social media after the meeting, Balla, who is also the Chairman of the Albania-Germany Parliamentary Friendship Group, emphasizes that during the meeting, Germany's continued support for Albania's European integration process was discussed, as well as the strengthening of bilateral relations and parliamentary cooperation.

The parties appreciated the very good partnership between Albania and Germany, considering it a key element for economic development, advancing reforms and maintaining stability in the region, as well as for Albania's progress towards membership in the European Union.

Part of the delegation were also MPs Erion Malaj and Iris Luarasi from the majority, Edmond Haxhinasto from the opposition, and Redi Muçi from the Joint Movement.
