EID-UL-FITR/ Religious and political leaders congratulate believers

On the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr holiday, representatives of religious communities and Albanian political leaders have sent messages of congratulations, emphasizing the importance of peace, solidarity and interfaith coexistence.

Archbishop Joan visited the Muslim Community of Albania, where he praised interfaith harmony as one of the most precious values ??of Albanian society.

He emphasized that this harmony is proof that people of different faiths can live in peace and mutual respect. On this occasion, he wished Muslim believers more kindness, peace and solidarity.

"I wish all Muslim brothers a happy and prosperous Eid al-Fitr," said Archbishop Joan.

The Archbishop of the Catholic Church, Archbishop Arjan Dodaj, also visited the KMSH, who expressed his congratulations, emphasizing the importance of brotherhood, solidarity, and hope for the country.

On the other hand, political leaders in Albania have sent messages of congratulations for this holiday.

President Bajram Begaj celebrated Eid al-Fitr in Golem among Muslim believers, from where he conveyed his congratulations to all Albanians.

Prime Minister Edi Rama , in a short message, wished: "Happy Eid al-Fitr."

Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha emphasized the sacrifice of believers during fasting, wishing that their prayers and worship be accepted and bring goodness to families and the country.

Former President Ilir Meta also conveyed his congratulations on Eid al-Fitr, while representatives of the Freedom Party visited the Muslim Community of Albania.

On an international level, President Donald Trump also conveyed a congratulatory message, a message distributed by the US embassy in our country, emphasizing that this holiday unites Muslim families and communities and serves as a reminder of the importance of religious freedom. He wished that this day brings peace and blessings to all believers who celebrate.

Congratulations on this holiday have also come from Kosovo's leaders.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti wished that this day would serve for more solidarity, gratitude and care for each other, while President Vjosa Osmani emphasized the importance of bringing people closer together and supporting those in need./ CNA
