Father and son from Durrës try to pass 300 kilograms of cannabis through the customs of Montenegro

Father and son were caught at the customs of Montenegro while trying to pass 300 kg of cannabis sativa narcotic.

During the night, at the customs of Montenegro, a "Renault" type truck was blocked, driven by the citizen KO who was accompanied by his father, the citizen IO, both residents of Durrës.

During the check on the truck loaded with boards and pallets, which were destined for Austria, the customs authorities of Montenegro, during the detailed check, found a quantity of about 300 kg of cannabis sativa narcotic.

The Albanian police, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, as well as with the Montenegrin police and customs authorities, are conducting joint investigative actions to document this criminal activity./ CNA
