Survey on the justice system/ "Epoka" Dumani in SPAK, most appreciated

The Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance, with funding from the German Embassy, ??conducted a survey about the justice system in Albania in April of this year.

In the survey conducted, a special point was dedicated to citizens' trust in the Special Anti-Corruption Structure.

According to the survey, 72% of respondents have an overall positive opinion of SPAK. While support for SPAK's fight against organized crime in the survey conducted is 65% and support for the fight against high-level corruption is 56.5%.

" The overall opinion of SPAK is positive or somewhat positive (almost 72%). Support narrows for SPAK's fight against organized crime (65%) and narrows even further for the fight against high-level corruption (56.5%) , "the survey states.

 

In the survey conducted, respondents were also asked about SPAK's work over the years. What is noticeable from the published data is that during the years 2023-2025, positive assessments have increased significantly towards SPAK's work.

Period in which SPAK was under the direction of Altin Dumani.

" Current opinions on SPAK's work in the period 2020–2022 are divided into three parts: 41.5% positive, 37.5% negative and 21% undecided."

"Positive assessments increase significantly to 79.2% for SPAK's work in the period 2023–2025, while negative assessments fall to 19.4% and undecided ones drop to only 1% ," the survey states.
