New facts and evidence for SPAK/ Here are the other connections of Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi with the owners of incinerators

The incinerators affair, which starts with 3 concession contracts, 22 million euros in Elbasan, 28 million euros in Fier and 128 million euros in Tirana, seems to be a scandal, for which new facts and details come to light day by day.

CNA.al has denounced with facts and exclusive documents the affair of incinerators, which captures the value of hundreds of millions of euros, where are related the same persons, but with the names of different companies, which start in Tirana and end in the Netherlands.

Meanwhile, CNA.al has also revealed the partnerships of incinerator owners with executives or media owners. There are at least three companies, where the shareholder of Top Channel, Vjollca Hoxha and the former director of this television, Ben Blushi, are in partnership with the owners of the incinerators.

First is the company EM Capital Group, established in Bulgaria, where the partners are Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Eva Blushi, Ben Blushi?s wife. This company came to Albania and bought for 2.2 million dollars Valtelina Kafe, which bears the trade name Lori Kafe. And that has ?coincidentally? the same owners with Top Channel.

The third company is Kudo Pay, where the shareholders are Stela Gugallja, the owner of the Elbasan incinerator, declared wanted by police, as well as Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha.

Meanwhile, in this company, as seen in the photo below, the administrator is Adriano Kadiu. But who is Adriano Kadriu? Adriano Kadiu seems to be the ?connection? between Vjollca Hoxha and Stela Gugalla of the Elbasan incinerator.

The corrupt affair with this incinerator has led to the imprisonment of the former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka. Adriano Kadiu, who was once head of security at Digitalb, is today the administrator of the company owned by Vjollca Hoxha, Stela Gugalla and Ben Blushi.
