Vjollca Hoxha in the “bed” of the justice system

Top Channel and the other media of Vjollca Hoxha have become the instrument of attacks on personal issues or the rosy history of the latter, which are distorting the mission of the media she leads. They are distorting what the media are founded on:the truth.

They are distorting what is the media mission:informing the public and standing by its side. Meanwhile, these media are interfering in certain issues. They have become part of the attacks on the representatives of the justice system, and not on the truths that public opinion needs.

So not for corruption, not for the disclosure of assets of lawyers and prosecutors, not for a real vetting, but for the interests of the warm ?bed? that Vjollca Hoxha needs in relation to businesses close to her, who wants to take even what doesn?t belong to them.

For months, they have been attacking businessmen, as well as judges through their show or Vjollca Hoxha?s bankrupt newspaper, publicly and in a shameful way. And this only because in the final someone doesn?t accept what belongs to him, but seeks to get more.

And they did it by lying and the justice system. The latter doesn?t have the strength to stop a violation of the law, because behind them stand the ?swords? ofVjollca Hoxha, who are in fact ?knives? that are stuck in the justice system, in the service of the people who, as we mentioned above, heat the ?bed? of Vjollca Hoxha, while aiming to capture the justice system.

In fact, justice should have Mrs. Hoxha in her ?bed?. It should be done for the company EM Capital Group, that bought 51 percent of the shares of Lori Kafe. So for Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Stela Gugallja. The first two announced wanted by the police, and the third called the ?brain? of the 430 million euro incinerators affair.

Zoto and Mërtiri are Vjollca Hoxha?s partners at Lori Kafe company, after buying 51 percent of shares, and having as partner Eva Blushi, Ben Blush?is wife. It should also investigate how was paid $ 2.2 million for the purchase of this company.

SPAK should investigate how was founded the company KUDO PAY, to whom it serves, and for what it is. A company owned by Stela Gugalla, Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi. But also many other businesses. Not to mention lawsuits in the court by companies that have performed services on Top Channel, and that have not been paid.

Although they cut VAT invoices, the court ruled that this invoice doesn?t exist. Maybe Vjollca Hoxha is used to robbing shares using the logo of the justice system. As is the case with the scandalous court rulings regarding the ownership of Top Channel, where Aurel Baçi and Albert Sino have lost 60 percent of their shares.

There are many other cases within the justice system, but are used telephone interventions, and the pressure works. Everything has been about Top Channel and its other companies.

Justice cannot be the hostage of warm beds.

Vjollca Hoxha should be part of the ?bed? of justice system, as her companies, her close persons, her partners have received hundreds of euros from Albanian taxes, and have paid in the form of propaganda on Top Channel or for Vjollca Hoxha. And this is the money of Albanians./CNA.al
