Anila Denaj, the minister who hates Korça and “loves” Noizy

It may seem unheard-of and unbelievable, but in the Albanian government there are ministers who hate Korça and love the rapper Noizy. There are concrete examples and facts about this, and it was publicly stated by the Prime Minister Edi Rama, who visited the southeastern city 10 days ago, where he said that many MPs and people in the government are against investments in Korça.

But let us start one by one to prove who are the voices of the Renaissance against Korça and its citizens, without entering too harshly into politics and its divisions, but bringing only concrete facts. CNA.al has been one of the media that has written constantly, and has insisted on the realization of a major investment in the region of Korça, such as the road Qukës-Qafë Plloçë, which after the investment and completion of the Tirana-Elbasan axis, would make Korça be no more than 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the capital.

So there would be a cut of ready 20 kilometers and another 20 that were shortened from the axis of TiranaElbasan. Increasing the speed, and the trip to Korça would be done in almost 90-100 minutes. But, the investment of the road Qukës-Qafë Plloçë has not only this advantage but also another.

It is a great help to the regional economy. First for tourism. The reduction of the trip would increase the number of visitors for the weekends, as Korça together with Pogradec has become a tourist city, which is frequented in winter and summer.
On the other hand, this road would help in the development of agriculture. Today it takes almost 3 hours to go from Korça to Tirana, and the products of the Korça field, including apples or vegetables that come out later in production, in Tirana you can find them at a price 2 or 3 times higher.

The construction of this road would not only reduce their transportation costs, but would also reduce the price of goods in the Tirana markets. But apparently this road designed and funded since 2013, has even her enemies. The first was Edmond Haxhinasto, who tried to cancel the investment altogether, through a scandalous letter to the Saudi Fund, demanding that the amount of money be taken and used by the government as a loan for other investments.

But with the insistence of the bank and the investor, the project was not canceled, and the investment started.
There were problems along the way, one claiming that it was the designers? fault, another that the funding was insufficient. In fact, today after 8 years, the road Qukës-Qafë Plloçë has been abandoned, and the person who is obstructing it today has a name, Anila Denaj!
Until yesterday, were rightly accused of the delays the directorate of roads, the Ministry of Transport, and the deputies of the area. But since last year, everything has been closed, the project, the investment request, and everything has been secured, but Minister Anila Denaj did not sign.

Apparently the current Minister of Finance hates Korça and doesn?t sign the loan. If Denaj had done this last year, today the road would probably be nearing completion. But this is not happening, and maybe the road will not be completed in either 1 or 2 years.
And this is because we have a Minister of Finance like Anila Denaj who brings the debt to 90 percent of GDP for investments which do not serve the development of tourism and do not bring so much income, but go for electoral investments, go for the interests of Anila Denaj, or where the Prime Minister orders.

Today the road Qukës-Qafë Plloçë has a lack of financing. But in the meantime, there is any completed documentation, and he is waiting for the signing of the additional loan from the minister who pretends not to understand, but has left at the mercy of fate an investment which costs more to leave it in its current state than to complete it.

Albanians will pay much more, money, loans and interest if the road remain unfinished. Because the road bed, various segments may continue to be damaged, as they are not maintained and firms have stopped working.
While Anila Denaj is worried about walking through Saranda or Vlora, collecting votes and making useless investments in the mountains without any value, she doesn?t sign a major investment that affects the further development of about 300.000 inhabitants, and the
further development of agriculture in the whole region of Korça.

Apparently Anila Denaj hates Korça, she is against Korça and investments in this region, because otherwise there is no way to explain this attitude. Minister Anila Denaj is proud of Noizy and not of Korça, which is blocking the investments! /CNA.al
