The names of 81 deputies that are already elected without voting/List of SP, DP and SMI

It is not a surprise that the Albanian parliament is not elected by the people, but the leaders of the parties, and this is a fact. In these elections, the parties have made public the names of deputies who are already the winners without being voted.

This is due to the fact, that they are on the winning place on the list prepared by party leaders.

Somewhere there may be some slight movement, but over 90 percent and the list is safe. Calculations and statistics show that in their first names of the list, 50 percent of its total are goes to the socialists, almost 30 percent to the democrats and 10 percent, for the first and second place, for more of counties for the SMI, except Tirana.

Below we are publishing the lists with 81 names, of which about 41 belong to the DP, almost 25 names to the Socialist Party and 14 to the SMI. The list of socialists is not yet clear, as many names are in question. Rama publicly stated a few days ago that we will learn the names the day they will be handed over to the CEC.

Although in some districts socialists have decided to place the second or third names on the list in Vlora, Korça, Elbasan, etc. According to the official names published by the SP, the names of the campaign directors and parts of the safe winning zones are:

Other names are Elisa Spiropali, Ervin Bushati, Arben Ahmetaj, Vasilika Hysi, Klotilda Ferhati, Belinda Balluku, Arben Pëllumbi, Pandeli Majko, Ulsi Manja etc. Meanwhile, the names of women candidates are still missing, where in at least 8 constituencies DP gets the third mandate in the list. This would bring to 41 the number of seats secured without being voted. DP still has some safe places in Shkodra, Fier, Elbasan, etc., for which the names are rumored but haven?t been yet official.

In Tirana Lulzim Basha, Aldo Bumçi, Jorida Tabaku, Alfred Rrushaj, Grida Duma, Agron Shehaj, Albana Vokshi, Belind Këlliçi, Flamur Noka. The other names are Sali Berisha, Shpëtim Idrizi, Fatmir Mediu, Dashamir Shehi, Çlirim Gjata, Florion Mima.

SMI candidates seem to have guaranteed only the first place, exclude Tirana. In this election this party looks weaker and more shattered than ever before. But looking at the election statistics, the Meta-Kryemadhi family party wants to secure no less than 14 seats.
