EXCITING/ Discipline with an "iron hand", drastic punishment for

The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has revealed the decisions made regarding the events that took place in Albanian football.

DECISIONS:

KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play and not guaranteeing the safety of the players of the friendly team, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/ b, 17/2/c and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL and the development of the remaining part of the matches of the football season 2024-2025 without spectators.
AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the field of play as well as by insulting and insulting the officials and managers of the AFL, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL.
The official of AF Elbasani, Orlando Kastrati, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on Article 14/1/c of ??KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) lek.
FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
The official of FK Kukësi, Bekim Kuli, for unholy behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The official of Flamurtari FC, Alfred Ferko, for unholy behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
Mallakastra Sunday League player, Ledjan Kapllanaj, for violent behavior and threats to match officials, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 13 (thirteen) matches suspension from all activities organized by the AFF.
The player of Vila L Sunday League, Rigers Mersini, for violent behavior and violation of the regulations and laws of the game, based on articles 13 and 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 13 (thirteen) matches suspension from all activities of organized by the AFF.
KS Ali Demi U-13, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities by violating the Regulations of the SHRFT Activity in the valid match of the Second Category Group D, against FBA U-13, based on articles 32/14, 32/15 and 16 of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
FC Dinamo City U-17, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities by violating the Regulations of the SHRFT Activity in the valid match of the Second Category Group D, against TR 19 Akademi, based on articles 32/14, 32/15 and 16 of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
AF Vora U-9, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category Group B, Regional area Tirana, against KF Spartak Tirana U-9, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Kamza 07, U-15, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category Group B, Regional area Tirana, against Don Bosco Akademi U-15, based on Article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Acceptance of the request of KF Butrinti U-17, based on Article 67 and 74 of KDE, revision of decision No. 11 dated 24.10.2024 of KDE, for point 19, deciding: KF Oriku U-17, for wrongful behavior of spectators, entering the field of play and not guaranteeing the safety of the players of the opposing team, based on articles 6/3/b, 6/3/j, 8/1, 17/2/a and 17/2/h of KDE loses the match on the table with the result 3-0, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL and the conduct of matches for the remainder of the championship without spectators. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
The acceptance of the request of Djelmia Shkodrane U-17, based on Articles 19/4/a, 67 and 74 of the KDE, the review of decision No. 12 dated 29.10.2024 of the KDE, for point 22, deciding to uphold the result of the match in favor of Djelmia Shkodrane U-17 and the punishment of Kola Junior U-17 with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Dismissal of the request of the player Kleart Grazhdani of FK Pogradeci U-19 as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
