Pamjet e mbërritura në redaksinë e CNA.al tregojnë qartë se si qentë e pafajshëm, enden rrugëve, duke u shndërruar në problem për qytetarët e zonës. Kudo ku shkon siç dhe pamjet e tregojnë qartë, mund të shikoni qen në cepa kazanësh, në cepa trotuaresh, apo dhe në mes të rrugës.

Qyetarët ankohen se përpos ankthit që u shkaktojnë qentë endacakë, është se ata mund të bartin sëmundje, pasi nuk dihet nëse janë të vaksinuar apo jo.

Me sa duket Bashkia e Kavajës e ka harruar funksionin e saj, pavarësisht ankesave të banorëve. Kafshët kanë nevojë për trajtim, dhe rehabilitim në mënyrë që të mos shndërron në burim infeksionesh. E për këtë i bëjmë thirrja istancave që të marrin masat për këtë problematikë.
