The benefits of "hot" yoga can help beat depression

Just one "hot" yoga session a week, that is, taking place in a high-temperature environment, can help reduce symptoms of depression, according to the results of a clinical trial.

To feel the benefits, you will have to endure temperatures up to 40.5 degrees Celsius. Understandably, it can result in significant sweating.

The study found that adults with moderate to severe depression experienced significantly greater reductions in depressive symptoms compared to a control group that did not attend the sessions.
