Chairman of the "Together Movement", Arlind Qori, declared today that 'de facto', the election of Endri Shabani for the position of Ombudsman is part of an agreement between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha.

Edi Rama did it with Sali Berisha and this is part of a broader Rama-Berisha agreement, which will affect, I fear, the Justice Reform, to prevent SPAK from suspending and taking pre-trial detention measures for corrupt politicians. Endri Shabani, as we speak, is a member of a coalition that includes Mr. Berisha and all other opposition parties, except for the "Together Movement".
