The chairman of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka, invited to a television studio, disclosed the scenario of the November 26 protest. He said that the protest will be civil disobedience where all the streets of Tirana will be blocked.

He said that the citizens and supporters of the opposition will march on the axes within the capital with the aim of paralyzing traffic.

"Today we will gather for the protest. I want to give you some news: The next protest will be a total blockade of Tirana, of the roads, of traffic in Tirana, on the 26th. March of citizens in Tirana. That will be the goal. The citizens will suffer, but it is better to suffer for one day, 1 week, but they will be saved from the suffering that has lasted for 12 years and that may continue if we do not react.

Internationally, there is a difference in attitudes. Do you remember once that every time we announced a protest, the reactions came, except for the routine announcements of the US embassy, ??but from the arrows that came... we haven't heard that for a while. We have two resolutions that are very important, the EPP leads Europe, it has its own qualitative importance", he said.

The Democrat said that the opposition will continue with the protests to force Prime Minister Edi Rama to accept the request for a technical government.

However, as far as civil disobedience is concerned, he expressed skepticism regarding what it essentially provides, the paralysis of the state for non-payment of taxes.

"There are no elections with Rama as prime minister. But how far we will achieve the demand for technical government remains to be seen. Never say never (never say never). We have an obligation to follow our path. Civil disobedience? Will we use all 77 ways, let's see. One is not to pay taxes for a thieving government, but this cannot be done with 10 people, nor with 10,000, but all the people need to react. But we will do ours. Will we reach technical government sooner or later? I cannot say this today", he said.
