The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court on the case of Sali Berisha, saying that the decision was written by Edi Rama's antechamber and that the court just proved that this institution has become a blind tool of the regime.

According to Këlliç, in order to defeat SPAK, the Constitutional Court overturned Article 73 of the Constitution, took the powers of the Assembly of Albania and overturned the Constitution of Albania, setting a scary precedent for any oppositionist of tomorrow.

He said that Rama is the only prime minister who imprisoned the 3 main leaders of the opposition.

The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, emphasizes that even Lukashenko of Belarus, Putin's closest ally, would envy this balance of the prime minister.  

"The Anti-Constitutional Court, with the last completely illegal decision and written by Edi Rama's antechamber, proved neither less nor more that this institution has already turned into a blind tool of the regime!

Just to make SPAK's head, the Constitutional Court overturned Article 73 of the Constitution, took the powers of the Assembly of Albania and consequently overturned the Constitution of Albania, setting a scary precedent for any oppositionist tomorrow!

As a result of the political war against the DP and the opposition, it was inevitable that this court would be placed in line, which has already lost all legitimacy by appearing openly in the field as a political player who protects the interests of the government.

Edi Rama can feel proud that he is now the only prime minister who has isolated, imprisoned and beaten the 3 main leaders of the opposition in the country and other anti-government MPs and functionaries.

This balance of his is surely envied by Lukashenko of Belarus himself, Putin's closest ally, with whom he had dinner only 1 week ago!", writes Këlliçi./ CNA
