The Political Leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has reacted regarding the denunciation of the Administrative Appeal Commission for Taxes and Fees in the Municipality of Tirana, which does not work.

Kelliçi wrote on social networks that the dysfunction of this commission is very serious and can be called a scandal.

He stated that the real Commission of Appeal in the Municipality was the "5D" clan, while he warned of a report to SPAK.

"In every investigation that can be done to the Municipality of Tirana, you will find a flagrant abuse or violation! Of course, the work of journalists is not easy at all, since this municipality is one of the most closed, the least transparent even in Albania. Because Erion Veliaj does not know the laws, rules and acts. He has run from the beginning as if it were an institution or a private company.

Piranja's discovery that the Administrative Appeals Committee for Taxes and Fees in the municipality of Tirana has not been functioning for 5 years is very serious, but in fact it is simply the next scandal! There are thousands of citizens who need to go somewhere, to complain about the injustices of taxes and fees of the Municipality that are suffocating the citizens. It turns out that this instance has not existed in 5 years, even though its work is forced by the decision of the Municipal Council. We know the truth, but now every citizen knows why this happened. Because, the real Commission of Appeal in the Municipality was the 5D clan. They themselves built, took the tenders themselves, imposed the fines themselves, and they themselves closed every path for a resident or taxpayer, or entrepreneur, to appeal, to complain about his right.
