The head of the CEC, Ilirian Celibashi, reported to the Assembly about the vote of the diaspora, where he stated that the voting process will be supervised by special members.

He said that in the monitoring it is proposed to appoint a representative from the Democratic Party and the Socialist Party. According to Celibashi, this would help the two major parties to feel safe in this process so that there are no dilemmas.

It was discussed many times that the cost of sending the vote by mail is expensive and Celibashi said that this should be paid by the Albanian state.

"From the day the process starts, they have the right to check it for any doubts they may have. Even the administration of the ballot will be under immediate monitoring. The administration process is also monitored according to the electoral code. We have two more persons of the two major parties to supervise. They have the right to have a representative at each table worthy or not We need the parties to feel safe in this process so that they do not enter into dilemmas.
